Are in your group Leave it better!, We are delighted that you chose OftenGone as your RV Share provider! We appreciate your respect for our like new Jayco! Help us to pass the enjoyment on to the next escapee by returning the trailer in a better than when found it condition! Better includes advising us of any condition that you feel needs our attention before the next users take over. Please care for our trailer as if it were your own. During the rental period, the trailer is in the user’s care and control. The user is responsible for hitching up, securing, and traveling in a safe and prudent manner As the user you agree that all costs including user’s rental fee are the user’s responsibility and must be paid by the user to finalize the rental agreement. Costs examples include toll and ferry fees, fines and tickets, towing equipment, and any other trip related costs including minor repairs resulting from trip related incidents or conditions such as rough road or collision with an object while traveling. The users are responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising while the trailer is in their possession. When an insurance claim is required to correct a damaged or unusable condition the users must expedite the completion of all repairs and if necessary, pay for the repair and handle the claim with the insurer. OftenGone will seek payment for time taken to settle a users claim. Rental fees are comparable to similar models available in western Canada and cover depreciation, long term care and service such as brakes suspension electrical, pluming and convenience features. Please treat our Jayco with the same pride and care as if it were your own. In fact, if you return the trailer without any new damage, full propane and water tanks with the waste tanks empty, trash removed interior and exterior washed and ready to use we will deduct $10 per each rental day from your invoice! we sincerely hope to leave you better than we found you after your getaway book early next for next year As the signatory of this agreement I understand and agree that I am responsible for any and all costs associated with damages or liability issues that may arise while in possession of this trailer during the rental period. The rental agreement remains in effect until the trailer is returned to OftenGone and its condition is assessed and verified. I confirm that my insurance policy will cover any and all damages and liability to a minimum of three million dollars. Furthermore, I understand and agree that I am personally responsible for and will pay any costs of damage or liability not covered by my insurance policy. I give permission for OftenGone to charge the credit card presented for payment of the rental up to 2000 Canadian dollars to cover shortfalls in insurance coverage or any damages or liability that may arise while the trailer is in my possession, including but not limited to damage to the trailer, damage to other vehicles, damage to property, personal injury, and any other costs associated with the rental agreement.
